She is an award winning chef renowned for her delicious flavors and modern cuisine. With a deep appreciation for her culinary heritage and a passion for fine dining, Chef Raquel transforms traditional flavors into modern culinary masterpieces.
Chef Raquel is also the culinary genius behind Encanto, the world's first modern Puerto Rican pop-up fine dining restaurant in Los Angeles.
